The latest of our barn conversions, Lys has been sympathetically renovated and has wonderful views from the mezzanine, over the vine- yards and countryside. Where ever possible we have exposed the beautiful stonewalls and original beams have been used to create some outstanding features. | |  | Lys is perfect for two people plus a small child or baby. The lounge is very comfortably furnished, having a TV, DVD. hifi., DVD’s, books and games are available . The delightful kitchen / dining room is open plan, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. French doors lead onto a very private patio with BBQ and garden furniture.
The main bedroom is on the L shaped mezzanine floor. There is a comfortable sofa where, in the evening, you can enjoy the views across to the illuminated church at Puy Notre Dame. We also have a cot, which can be divided off by a screen. There are outstanding views across the countryside from the bedroom windows. The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet.
This stunning former barn, is nestled amongst vineyards surrounded by enchanting countryside, filled with sunflowers, maize and vines which provide a wonderful backdrop to this glorious area in the Parc Nationale and Loire Valley Wine Route Yet only 5 minutes from the market town of Doue la Fontaine which is world renowned for its conservation work in their zoo and 15 minutes from stunning Saumur with its fabulous romantic chateau and magical Loire River. The beaches of the Vendee are within driving distance.

The swimming pool is situated in a large garden with patio and sun-loungers and has the advantage of sunshine from early morning to late evening. There is a children's play area, paddling pool Boules, and Swing Ball.. Strawberries, raspberries, apples, pears cherries and rhubarb are all available for guests to sample.
